For seasonal flowers like tulips / calla lilies please order 5 days in advance. PAYMENT

Full payment is required for all order with delivery while deposit is required for self collection.

Funds transfer / cash deposit/ cheque deposit to A/C no. given upon conformation of order via

Internet Banking; ATM machines Sms / email me upon payment transfered and we will send a confirmation number via email/sms.

SELF-COLLECTION / DELIVERY CHARGES

Free delivery for purchase of S$55 & above . $15 is chargeable for delivery of purchase below $60. $20 applicable for redelivery or redirect of address.

NO CHARGE for self-collection. Convenient collection venue to be advise at certain agreeable time. Car decor to be done at Sembawang .Additional transportation charges of $20-$30 applicable if to be done at your place.

CANCELLATION OF CONFIRMED ORDER

All cancellation of confirmed orders is subject to 100% cancellation charge, i.e., full payment of the products ordered with NO refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable and we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
